Your company is eligible to become a HADSAP Member if:

You are in the business of health and dietary supplements as a supplier, trader, importer, marketer or distributor.

You comply with government regulations.

3

You commit to support the HADSAP vision, mission and objectives.

4

You commit to support and be active in the Association’s activities.

Download, fill up and send your application form together with the data privacy form and the scanned copy of the following documents:

  • SEC or DTI Registration Certificate.

  • License to Operate issued by the FDA

  • City or Municipal License or Business Registration

  • Company Profile

For membership inquiries, you may contact the Membership Committee.
